Managing director Darius McDermott gets under the bonnet of the Mirabaud Europe ex UK Small and Mid Cap fund with manager Ken Nicholson, who discusses how he selects stocks and which market areas look attractive.

There is a lot of pressure on a fund manager to produce the goods, particularly in their first year at a new company, or running or a new fund. Having moved to Mirabaud from Standard Life Investments a couple of years ago, Ken has recent experience of being the ‘new boy’.  He told us how he has been settling in.
